It'd be nice to get reports on groceries other than Costcos as there's way more places to shop than just them. FWIW I went to a 'regular' non-Costco grocery today and there was plenty of everything. Then again, no reported cases in my area (yet).

I have no clue what is going on with Cosco (perhaps all the Chinese shop there), but (as I reported yesterday) I went to Walmart yesterday and there were no crowds and no empty shelves. Plenty of everything. I had to go to the same mall today (for something else) and I quickly found parking within 100 feet of the Walmart. No lines out the door.

I just finished ordering everything else that I need from on-line sources: one pound of Vitamin C crystals, Vitamin D, and bee propolis. I already have essential oils, echinacea tincture and capsules, black elderberry capsules, two types of black elderberry syrup, and other assorted immune boosters.

The most important item that I have, which will prevent pneumonia (which is the killer for coronavirus) is an oxygen tank, an ozone generator, a nebulizer, and a mask. If you inhale ozonoids when you first show the signs of sickness it is almost impossible to get pneumonia, because ozone (O3) therapy is a form of oxygen therapy -- which is what you get at the hospital after you get pneumonia. So, with an ozone generator you perform the ozone respiratory therapy after you contract the virus but before you develop pneumonia.

You run the oxygen through the ozone generator, which creates ozone (O3) that you can run through a nebulizer that contains essential oils that kill viruses, which you then breath through a mask (never breath ozone unless it first runs through oil to create ozonoids). For those who are interested, such a setup costs about $500 for a very basic setup (ozone generator $300; oxygen tank $100; therapy kits and tubing $100). You can watch a video about ozone respiratory therapies here:

Quote:News Media Attacks Vitamin C Treatment of COVID-19 Coronavirus
Yet Ascorbate is a Proven, Powerful Antiviral
by Andrew W. Saul, Editor-in-Chief
(OMNS Mar 1, 2020) First of all, the naysayers are too late. Vitamin C is already being used to prevent and treat COVID-19 in China and in Korea. And it is working.

Here is a verified official statement from China's Xi'an Jiaotong University Second Hospital:

"On the afternoon of February 20, 2020, another 4 patients with severe coronavirus pneumonia recovered from the C10 West Ward of Tongji Hospital. In the past 8 patients have been discharged from hospital. . . [H]igh-dose vitamin C achieved good results in clinical applications. We believe that for patients with severe neonatal pneumonia, and for critically ill patients, vitamin C treatment should be initiated as soon as possible after admission. Numerous studies have shown that the dose of vitamin C has a lot to do with the effect of treatment. High-dose vitamin C can not only improve antiviral levels, but more importantly, can prevent and treat acute lung injury (ALI) and acute respiratory distress (ARDS)."

Here is a report from Korea:

"At my hospital in Daegu, South Korea, all inpatients and all staff members have been using vitamin C orally since last week. Some people this week had a mild fever, headaches and coughs, and those who had symptoms got 30,000 mg intravenous vitamin C. Some people got better after about two days, and most had symptoms go away after one injection." (Hyoungjoo Shin, M.D.)

There are at least three high-dose intravenous vitamin C studies underway in China. Literally by the truckload, tons of vitamin C has been sent into Wuhan.

Here is a report from a physician in China:

"We need to broadcast a message worldwide very quickly: Vitamin C (small or large dose) does no harm to people and is the one of the few, if not the only, agent that has a chance to prevent us from getting, and can treat, COVID-19 infection. When can we, medical doctors and scientists, put patients' lives first?" (Richard Z. Cheng, MD, PhD, International Vitamin C China Epidemic Medical Support Team Leader)

News media attacks on vitamin C are centered on false allegations of dangers with megadoses. This tactic lets the media ignore the truth that even LOW doses of vitamin C reduce symptoms and death rates. Do not let the media spin this issue. Advocates of vitamin C are medical doctors, not spin doctors. They are experienced, credentialed clinicians who have read the science, a small sample of which follows:

Even small supplemental amounts of vitamin C can keep severely ill patients from dying.
[Hunt C et al. Int J Vitam Nutr Res 1994;64:212-19.]

Infants with viral pneumonia treated with vitamin C had reduced mortality.
[Ren Shiguang et al. Hebei Medicine 1978,4:1-3]

Moderate doses of vitamin C shortened ICU stay by 97% in a subgroup of 1,766 patients
[Hemilä H, Chalker E. Nutrients. 2019 Mar 27;11:4.]

200 mg of vitamin C reduced duration of severe pneumonia in children. Oxygen saturation was improved in less than one day.
[Khan IM et al. J Rawalpindi Med Coll (JRMC); 2014;18(1):55-57]

So it's exactly as I wrote in my datasheet - patients recover from severe condition within 2-3 days, sometimes one vitamin c infusion. It's what was observed by MDs who used vitamin c megadoses going back to the 1950s. Once you are not in a lifethreatening condition, your body is essentially undergoing a harmless cold, returned exposure to that virus shouldn't be dangerous either - and even if - just do the same.

We have positive reports from South Korea and China, but the world globalist media is more concerned with protecting what exactly - pharma profits? AT least Asian countries are less dependant on pharma and are more likely to do what works.

That’s pretty interesting. I’ve been taking between 1000-3000 mg a day for a few weeks now.

I can report that at the Iwilei Costco location here in Honolulu all kinds of shelves wee empty.

We cleaned out those little old ladies samples of Bagel Bites, little egg rolls and pieces of cheese on a toothpick. It's a cheap date.

RE: The Coronavirus Pandemic thread
I just got back from Walmart in a small East Coast US city. They had everything I was looking for (Coffee, rice, and soap). Was able to get the biggest packs they stock except for the rice. Shelves were hit pretty hard but not empty. Not sure if that is normal on a Sunday night.

I now have 3+ month supply of nearly all staple foods I regularly eat except for meat and fresh fruit. Never froze meat before so I'm going to do some research and load the freezer this week. Probably a bunch more frozen veggies as well.

Also need to get some acetaminophen even though I never use that. Already have 100 tabs of Ibuprofen (fever reducer) even though I never use that either, and a slew of cold/flu medicine, vitamin C and cleaning products. Should probably get some more zinc and hydrogen peroxide.

Did a few more mag dumps so should probably top off my 9mm stock and clean/oil handguns.

Going to be an interesting week.

God bless you all and God bless America.

RE: The Coronavirus Pandemic thread
I took my mom shopping for groceries today in a vibrant suburb of Washington D.C. I said, "Mom, let's buy 2 months worth of food, toilet paper, shampoo, etc."

After a few minutes in the supermarket, she is barely putting anything in the cart. She said, "Okay this should last me a few days. I don't want to buy things that are not on sale." Laugh

I had to be a bit stern in piling up the shopping cart. She now has enough food. Both of my boomer parents have never really been through a serious crisis. The worst was the gasoline shortages of the late 70's, which were mostly limited to gas stations. The argument that seemed to get to them was saying that they will eat through the extra food anyway, so it's better not to go shopping when people are in a panic and probably sick. Our boomer parents have lived through an extremely stable time, so it may be hard to wake them up to the potential danger. If your parents believe in the "just the flu" meme, I recommend you quietly prep for them and then deliver the goods to their house when they run out.

The supermarket we went to was more crowded than normal, but I didn't see much stocking up. Shelves were fine, but my mother's friend reported shortages at a local Costco. I believe you have at most two weeks left in the USA until supplies start running noticeably low.

Starting around Tuesday/Wednesday we may see a sharp rise in coronavirus diagnoses because the new test kits will start to be used. America will not be able to handle even a mild spread of this virus, unfortunately. The people are just too weak for it.

For freezing meat, it's a great idea, meat freezes very well. Just be sure to cut off the pieces in serving/cooking size, don't freeze up 5 pounds of ground beef then try to saw it off, separate it in ziploc bags. Separating a chicken thigh from a large pack of frozen thighs is also a bitch, if you cook 4 thighs at once then put 4 thighs in the same ziploc.

Also, you want to freeze stuff as fast as possible, and defrost it nice and slow. So put what you want to freeze in your fridge first so that it's thoroughly cooled, then transfer to the freezer with minimun wrapping (a cold piece will freeze much faster than one left at room temperature). To defrost, put ziplocs in a plastic bag and transfer to the fridge a day before, or two days if it's a whole chicken or a large piece.

Costco customers tend to be hoarder types who like buying in bulk sizes, so they're the first ones to stock up now.

I posted in the other thread but have you ever tried using Colloidal Silver with a nebulizer or steam inhaler? She mentions nebulizer but then also says a generic Vicks steam Inhaler also works great.

https://myersdetox.com/wp-content/upload...cklist.pdf

In the above link page 3;

"Colloidal Silver - Take ½ teaspoon internally per day. Silver has been shown to
destroy the SARS coronavirus and MRSA when taken internally and nebulized.
Link to Study https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/abs/10.1...0001594061
I HIGHLY recommend to nebulize one teaspoon of silver daily in distilled
water. Nebulizing is simply taking water and adding products to it (like silver) and
then breathing the cold steam produced by the nebulizer into your lungs and
sinuses. Do this to help support sinus and lung health after you go out in public or
suspect and exposure. I use the Phillips Respironics nebulizer with an additional
full face mask (to breathe it into my sinuses) that I bought on amazon, but this
handheld device also works great. Some states require a prescription to buy a
nebulizer. My local drug store ordered one for me. I like Sovereign Silver Colloidal
silver. You’re going to need several large bottles. ACS 200 by Results RNA is also
excellent."

--------------------------------

I'm not sure what dangers there are with Colloidal Silver.

I left my parents house today thinking the exact same thing. They were pretty much satisfied with a five day supply of food.

I think I messed up using the hurricane analogy cause that just cemented in their minds that they are prepared.

Wearing surgical masks, climbing on places they shouldn’t be to grab what they want. Not to mention their general obliviousness to anyone around them. So crowded there’s just enough room to get through an aisle, and a Chinaman will roll up and decide that’s the best place to stop and look around, thus blocking a long line of people trying to get through.

As I was checking out, the girl bagging my stuff showed me a pic her friend sent her from a nearby Costco. There was one sack of rice left on the top shelf, and there was a chinaman climbing up the shelf to get it.

Chinese panic buying sacks of rice.

Nearby supermarket in Sydney on Saturday :

Toilet paper & tissue section at around ~65%, despite supposed panic buying elsewhere.

Today, that same section? :

Ravaged...!
Maybe about 5% of stock left.

Washington state reported second U.S. coronavirus death, people in poor health:

Quote:Health officials in Washington state reported late on Sunday a second U.S. death as a result of the coronavirus outbreak.

Public Health – Seattle & King County said a man in his 70s with underlying health conditions who had been hospitalized with COVID-19 died on Saturday.

The department said three other new reported cases are older people in critical condition. In total, 10 cases have been reported in King County. All of the four new cases - including the man who died on Saturday - were residents of a Kirkland nursing facility that reported two prior cases.

RE: The Coronavirus Pandemic thread
According to my source ( once again apologies for the bad translation as I know zero about medical terms even in my own language)

- mortality rate is around 4%.
- almost all the people infected get symptoms .It s very rare to be asymptomatic. Symptoms are : fever is in 88% of cases ; dry coughing in 68% ; expectoration (?) Of mucus 33% ; out of breathe 18% ; headache 18% throat ache 18% ; muscular pain 14%; shivering 11%.Running nose is not a coronavirus symptom .
- treatment in hospital is around 3 to 6 weeks ; averaging 4 weeks.
- the Chinese President cancelled his trip to Japan.
-China is thinking about banning flights from infected countries ( Italy etc)
-Apparently there has been a contamination in testing facilities around Atlanta. The main center for developing the test has been moved to another location. As I said earlier the USA is the only country having developed their own testing ; independently of WHO.
- A well-respected scientist called Stenzer pressurised Alex Azar to change everything as he was appalled when he visited last months the testing facilities in Atlanta. The only good thing is that the trump administration has been listening to the feedback. But the immediate consequences is that the testing on short term isn't very accurate .
-French government is lying about the number of new cases.
- videos emerging seeing body buried in Iranian Kurdistan
- more and more cases and videos of people falling down in the street in South Korea and Iran . So this means logically soon this will be in Italy.
-Mike Pence game the authorization to all schools to shut down if they deem it necessary

I live in Asia and I am right in the middle of it all. There is no office you can go in or out of without having your temperature taken and many residential manors are doing the same.

I do not know if all the media spreading panic is for political or economical reason but I 100% believe the virus is a hoax and doesn't exist. It is nothing more than a little temperature and a cold. Very few people have died beside the old and those who already had poor immune systems.

My friend's cousin got it and he didn't really have any major symptoms besides some coughing and sneezing. The guy is in his mid-40s.

Being quarantined is a pain in the ass of course but other than that, there is nothing to worry about.

There is a Skeptics of Coronavirus thread: https://www.rooshvforum.com/thread-74750.html

Could be interesting if you elaborate there.

RE: The Coronavirus Pandemic thread
A friend's wife visited China a few weeks ago, when she returned to LA she was told to work from home for 2 weeks. Thankfully she never caught the virus.
-----------------
I flew out from LAX to Qatar to India a couple of weeks ago. At the time I was ready to wear my mask at the airport...when I got there almost nobody was wearing masks apart from 2 east Asians (probably Chinese). I asked the TSA guy why nobody was wearing them - he said that there was no risk right now and that people from east Asian countries tend to wear masks anyway, and this stops it spreading. At the time I think the only cases were in China. When I got to Qatar, none of the airport staff were wearing masks.

Yesterday I flew back to Los Angeles from India via a stopover in Qatar. I didn't wear a mask from India to Qatar, since there's no cases in the part of India I was visiting and most passengers were Indian. I assumed the risk was close to zero.

When I landed in Qatar, I put my mask on since Qatar is a major hub for people from Iran to fly to the US. We had a delay of a few hours, and when we stood in line to get our passports checked, I spotted a few Iranian passports. Some of them were also wearing masks. I noticed that probably 10% of airport staff were wearing masks.

I get to LAX. I see almost no masks on any staff - however a lot of passengers (probably 10%) wore masks. I saw an old Chinese FOB get approached by man who identified himself as a member of the CDC (Centre for Disease Control). He said he was doing a survey and starts questioning the Chinese man. This makes me wonder if the CDC is racially profiling passengers...

I get an Uber home - the driver is a Chinese FOB woman! I thought, "fuck, does somebody have it in for me?!". I keep my mask on until I got to my place.
-----------------
I think another possible location for new cases might be north India. There's a ton of Indians living in affected parts of Italy. Some of them have been told by family members to come back to India - how can we be sure that there are no carriers travelling to India? It's starting to get warm in India, I wonder if warm weather affects transmission? After all flu tends to be around more in colder climates.
