My daily immunity stack, all taken on a full stomach usually right after breakfast:

-Multivitamin containing vitamin A/C/D/E, zinc, iodine among other things

-1000mg vitamin C (thinking about adding another 1000mg in the evening)

-5000 IUs vitamin D3 with 100 mcg vitamin K2 (also spending as much time as I can outside when the sun's out to boost vitamin D)

-1300mg Turmeric with curcumin

-50mg zinc with 2mg copper (thinking about doubling my intake of this one until this passes)


Also trying to eat fruits/vegetables as much as I can as supplies allow. I was doing cold showers for a while a year or so ago and have been pussing out of that lately except after BJJ, need to get back into it especially now that the weather is warm (over 80 today where I am) and it's not so bad. And cutting back on alcohol during this time, I'll still have a beer or a glass of wine or two with dinner but trying to stay away from liquor although I did indulge in a couple Jameson Black Barrels on St. Paddy's. Partly for the immune system but also because I want to have my wits about me if someone kicks down my door at 3 am looking for food and toilet paper.

Those are fine, only thing is they're quite a bit more expensive per dose than just buying the pills. I usually get the gummies, they're also a bit more expensive than the plain multivitamin pills but not nearly as bad as the drink additivies (and they actually taste pretty good).

I have been into supplements for many years I guess I was a 'BioHacker' before I knew the term existed. I have been taking supplements for over a decade. and take 30 or so different supplements a week.

My top picks for immune system would be of course vitamin C. As well as some well researched mushrooms, buy them from Nootripcs Depot or research where you buy them from: Red Reishi, Maitake, Turkey tail, Lions Main.

Things you should take everyday or depending what you eat a few times a week, Which also help immunity.

- Good quality Multi V
- Fish Oil, If it is masked with lemon and really STINKS fishy dont buy it.
- ALCAR
- Astaxanthin
- Circumin
- L.Carnosine important to take this with Centrophenoxine and ALCAR
- Pomegranate
- Berberine
- Magnesium Glycinate
- COENZIME Q10
- R-ALA Cyclodextrine
- N-Acytle L-Cystine (once or twice a week max)

I have half a pantry full of stuff, its like a hobby to me and im pretty obsessive so the above list is a good start for most people. Also it would be very unlikely you would get sufficient quantities of these naturally in a day.

You'll get much better absorption if you eat them with a meal, especially one with some healthy fats. I know that supplements, providing you get them from a high-quality vendor, work. I've changed my D3 levels in my blood taking 10,000 IU daily over the course of several months. Taking 50mg of Zinc and 2000 mg of C each day have drastically cut down on the number and severity of times I've gotten colds and flu.

Supplements aren't a "cure all". You still need daily exercise, healthy foods, regular sleep, avoiding stress, etc. to take the whole health picture and optimize it.

Holy moly. Everyone seems to agree that the official recommended and max tolerable doses are too low, but 10000IU every day for months seems very high.

I have some D3 powder that I took very inconsistently. Now I use cod-liver oil instead. I take it only three times a week in the winter, though, and one or two in the summer.

Everyone should take a blood test to determine D3 levels.

The vast majority of humans in the first-world are D3 deficient. We simply don't get enough sunlight to get optimal levels. This is even more true the farther you get from the equator.

10,000 IU is the upper safe limit daily, based upon a number of studies and meta-studies I've read. If you've taken a blood test and it has shown to be suboptimal levels, you will need to take daily large doses to build it up over time. You can't just get it up overnight.

If you haven't had a blood test done (recently, old tests aren't relevant), now would be the time to do so. If you haven't gotten much sunshine lately, you can start off with at least 5000 IU to help move your baseline up. I've been taking 10000 IU for months and it keeps my blood levels within the "upper safe/optimal" range.

It is important to note that not everyone processes D3 to the same degree. Some people need more, some people need less. Regular blood tests are the only way to determine what you might need to bring the levels up to optimal, then what should be your maintenance dose to keep them there.
