My daily immunity stack, all taken on a full stomach usually right after breakfast:

-Multivitamin containing vitamin A/C/D/E, zinc, iodine among other things

-1000mg vitamin C (thinking about adding another 1000mg in the evening)

-5000 IUs vitamin D3 with 100 mcg vitamin K2 (also spending as much time as I can outside when the sun's out to boost vitamin D)

-1300mg Turmeric with curcumin

-50mg zinc with 2mg copper (thinking about doubling my intake of this one until this passes)


Also trying to eat fruits/vegetables as much as I can as supplies allow. I was doing cold showers for a while a year or so ago and have been pussing out of that lately except after BJJ, need to get back into it especially now that the weather is warm (over 80 today where I am) and it's not so bad. And cutting back on alcohol during this time, I'll still have a beer or a glass of wine or two with dinner but trying to stay away from liquor although I did indulge in a couple Jameson Black Barrels on St. Paddy's. Partly for the immune system but also because I want to have my wits about me if someone kicks down my door at 3 am looking for food and toilet paper.

I got my Magnum condoms, I got my wad of hundreds, I'm ready to plow!

Those are fine, only thing is they're quite a bit more expensive per dose than just buying the pills. I usually get the gummies, they're also a bit more expensive than the plain multivitamin pills but not nearly as bad as the drink additivies (and they actually taste pretty good).

I have been into supplements for many years I guess I was a 'BioHacker' before I knew the term existed. I have been taking supplements for over a decade. and take 30 or so different supplements a week.

My top picks for immune system would be of course vitamin C. As well as some well researched mushrooms, buy them from Nootripcs Depot or research where you buy them from: Red Reishi, Maitake, Turkey tail, Lions Main.

Things you should take everyday or depending what you eat a few times a week, Which also help immunity.

- Good quality Multi V
- Fish Oil, If it is masked with lemon and really STINKS fishy dont buy it.
- ALCAR
- Astaxanthin
- Circumin
- L.Carnosine important to take this with Centrophenoxine and ALCAR
- Pomegranate
- Berberine
- Magnesium Glycinate
- COENZIME Q10
- R-ALA Cyclodextrine
- N-Acytle L-Cystine (once or twice a week max)

I have half a pantry full of stuff, its like a hobby to me and im pretty obsessive so the above list is a good start for most people. Also it would be very unlikely you would get sufficient quantities of these naturally in a day.
