You're making quite good progress, reading back through this thread. I don't chase 1RM PRs often, though I think I'm overdue for a checkpoint. Gonna do GVT for six weeks, then six weeks of a pyramidal climb towards testing 1RM on the majors.

Thanks, yeah I try to not try them more than once a month, unless if I'm feeling real good. . . I'm too old to be pushing 1 RM too often haha. Also its helped that I'm currently on my longest streak of being able to go to the gym regularly without injuries or work interrupting.
