Slow comeback after another ink session.. .. no more squats for a while again for me. Worked up to a single rep 385 deadlift with good form, that was about it today.

It's really more of a general fitness thread now. My main focus is regaining lost strength from multiple 2 week periods of not being able to workout. That along with IBS which counterintuitively makes it near impossible to go low carb or process complex carbs, I feel lucky just to maintain.
